Springmount Services is an international, award-winning company providing cleaning and ancillary services in Singapore. We service commercial buildings, shopping centres, educational campuses, healthcare facilities, leisure precincts and entertainment venues.

Headquartered in Queensland, Australia, the company was founded in 2002 with operations expanding to Singapore in 2015. Springmount Services quickly acquired notable clients in the Lion City including the iconic Marina Bay Sands. The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, a world-class retail destination welcomes thousands of shoppers from all corners of the globe.

Our Singapore team has been recognized for their efforts in promoting and enhancing the standard of restroom cleanliness, which resulted in Marina Bay Sands becoming the first property in Singapore to achieve the 6-Star Toilet Rating from the Restroom Association.

In addition to our excellent reputation and vast experience in prestigious properties, our “hands on” management team have established long-term working partnerships with a number of high-profile international clients including Marina Bay Sands, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, CBRE and JLL to mention a few.

Springmount Services empowers its team with refreshed skills through sustained internal and external training and development programmes to ensure delivery of highest standard of service. All our staff are equipped with Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications System for Environmental Cleaning. A separate specialist team oversee the management of our state-of-the-art machinery and automated cleaning solutions. Our award-winning teams have been recognised for their dedication and hard work in the cleaning industry.

Meet the team

Senior Management

Martin Stack

Managing Director

Martin commenced Springmount Services in 2002 after twenty-four years in senior management positions within the industry. Martin is widely respected as a leader, having been voted Vice President of our industry association for several years running and since then has worked tirelessly to develop the organisation into the premier provider of contract cleaning. His efforts have seen us become an industry benchmark and proud recipients of numerous awards. Martin’s unwavering ethics, his accessibility, belief in transparency and accountability are fundamental to us forming long-term relationships with clients. In addition to his commitment to providing a harmonious, safe and secure environment for team members has seen us enjoy low staff turnover. Many of our clients and team members have been our service partners since our inception.

Andrew Walton

Chief Executive Officer

Andrew oversees our organisation across Australia and Singapore, bringing over 25 years senior management experience within the retail sector. This exposure from a client’s perspective enables Andrew to fully understand our customers’ needs. For the last 12 years Andrew has worked in senior roles within the cleaning industry across retail, commercial, health, education and domestic portfolios. Andrew’s focus on continuous improvement means regular reviews of our business operations ensuring new innovations to enhance our service delivery.

Sh Thaker

Vice President

Thaker has over 35 years of Facility Services experience. In 1980, he joined Dynasty Cleaning Services, a leading local firm handling operations and later moved to the Business Development Unit. He headed the BDM unit when it was bought over by a UK Company IS Holdings. In 1992 he set up Don Thaker Cleaning Services Pte Ltd, whose niche markets comprised pharmaceuticals, clean rooms, hospitals, education and aviation. In 2012, he sold the business to OCS Group (a UK Facilities Management Company). He stayed as managing director and later as Chairman. In 2015, he set up Catering Solutions Sdn Bhd which provided daily meals for the entire staff and students of Marlborough College Malaysia. In 2020, he joined Springmount Services Pte Ltd as Vice President as part of their expansion plans.

Brett Weaver

Senior Operations Manager

Brett has over twenty five years experience within the cleaning service industry and is responsible for managing the operations of our key client contracts in Australia. Brett provides specialist support for our marble flooring operations in Singapore and is a qualified Workplace Health & Safety Officer.

Celina Choo

General Manager

With more than 30 years of experience in the field, Celina has led and overseen several projects. During her tenure, Celina has managed over 200 sites and specializes in bio- medical waste management and housekeeping. Celina started out in the F&B sector, focusing on the Dishwashing and kitchen for multiple F&B establishments. Thereafter, she ventured into other industries, including shipping, aviation, hospitality, and pharmaceuticals. Celina now oversees Springmount’ s operations in Singapore.
